I always find it comforting to keep within my own area of specialism at conferences. Otherwise I usually get bored very quickly and my mind wanders off in another direction. In the end I start wishing that I never attended, or worse go back to the airport early and work in the departure lounge!
But once in a while an interesting opportunity occurs. I think that this may be one....
The conference, Borderless Cyber Conference, is unique, focusing on the convergence of the cybersecurity and privacy disciplines and addressing new technologies, research, operationalization realities, risks, and solutions. It brings together international experts and offers opportunities for networking, good dialogue, and future collaboration. It promises to be illuminating and challenging and covers the overlapping areas of concern that I usually just miss out on.
That is why we at the GTF are happy to lend our support to the conference which will take place in the UK at Royal Holloway, University of London, on Monday September 11th and Tuesday September12th. This two-day event will be held on-site, 15 minutes from Heathrow, and only a short train ride from central London.
Register to attend here. We have arranged that the Global Trust Foundation community will be entitled to a 25% discount. Use the code ‘BC-GTF’ when registering. This discount expires on 30 July.
Visit the conference website to see the full agenda, speakers, and travel details.
I will be attending the conference and hope that many of you might attend and I look forward to seeing you there
