Smart Government Assessment
Policy, development, and operational assessment of Regulatory Authority of state in Middle East to determine the current status and standards of smart e-government and to recommend the changes and actions needed to improve the ISO benchmarking compared to other UN countries. Provided a report to improve the positioning to become one of the top five smart e-Governments within the decade. Recommendations included comparisons between the client, EU countries, and others.
